P6 Enterprise Cloud Implementation Adoption (State)

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction & Development (“MTA C&D”), seeks through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to retain the services of a schedule management consultant (the “Consultant”) to support the P6 Enterprise Cloud Implementation within MTA C&D. Consultant will provide a structured approach that fosters adoption, enhances efficiency, and offers training to promote self-sufficiency in utilizing the P6 Cloud tool across the organization.

This RFP is comprised of 8 tasks. Task 1: Promote Increased Adoption and Implement New Processes and Tools. Task 2: Advise on Live Project and Contract Performance P6 Dashboards. Task 3: Create Supporting Reference Materials. Task 4: Facilitate Collaboration and Deliver Training. Task 5: Develop Senior Stakeholder Performance Metrics. Task 6: Ensure System Robustness and Integration. Task 7: Support Enterprise Scheduling for MTA C&D Initiatives. Task 8: Plan and Execute System Handover to MTA IT and Delivery Services Organization
