Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is soliciting proposals from qualified Design Build Teams for the development, design and construction of the new Academy Charter School for grades 9 to 12. In addition to the Design and Construction of the new school, consultants will be tasked with various predesign services to include, but not limited to Education Specification Development, Traffic Impact Analysis and Site Investigations.
