Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to replace seven (7) HVAC systems, electrical panels, light fixtures, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, receptacles and other miscellaneous work.

Estimated Cost:  $ 300,000.00

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE):  The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive.  DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements.
