REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

November 6, 2025

Dear Consultant:

Christian County is requesting the services of a consulting engineering firm to perform the

described professional services for the Chadwick Road over Cedar Creek Bridge Project (see

attached list).

If your firm would like to be considered for these consulting services, you may express your interest

by responding to the Christian County Purchasing Agent’s Office. Limit your letter of interest to no

more than three (3) pages. This letter should include a statement to indicate your firm’s

understanding of the project. It should also include any other information which might help us in

the selection process, including key personnel you would assign to the project and the backgrounds

of those individuals, and any sub-consultants you would propose to use, and an indication of your

firm’s approach to promoting and developing a diverse workforce.

It is required that your firm’s Statement of Qualification (RSMo 8.285 through 8.291) be submitted

with your firm’s Letter of Interest or be on file with with Christian County. The SOQ is not included

in the total page count limit.

It is required that your firm be prequalified with MoDOT and listed/current in MoDOT’s Approved

Consultant Prequalification List at the time of Proposal Opening, or your firm will be considered

non-responsive.

We request all letters be received by 3:00 pm on December 31, 2025 at Christian County Employee

Services, 202 W Elm St, Ozark, MO 65721.
