Solicitation Summary
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to procure goods or services from a contract between the selected offeror(s) and the State of Maryland. The Contractor will aid in the placement of substrate for the construction of a reef base towards the enhancement of oyster reefs in oyster sanctuaries within Maryland's portion of the Chesapeake Bay. The contractor will provide coordination, management, administration, vessels, equipment, supplies, and personnel to conduct pre and post construction bathymetry surveys, purchasing of substrate, substrate deployment for reef construction, program support, administrative services, and financial reporting.
