issued to add to, modify, and clarify the quote documents. These items shall have the same force and effect as the original quote
documents. Quote Forms, to be submitted on the specified date, shall conform with the additions, deletions and revisions listed herein.
ITEM #1 Q&A:
1. Question: What is the estimated budget for this project?
Answer: $20,000
2. Question: May prospective bidders visit the project site at their convenience, or are there specific times, procedures, or
coordination requirements for site access? Additionally, please provide guidance regarding the recommended access
route to the project site. Specifically, is the path shown near the project area accessible by vehicle, or should bidders
anticipate walking to the site from a designated access point? Please also identify any site access restrictions, permits,
or other requirements that bidders should be aware of prior to conducting a site visit.
Answer: The project site is located at the end of Shadow Lane, Englewood, Florida 34224. Access to the site is
available daily between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. A cattle gate is located at the trail entrance and includes
a pedestrian walkthrough for access. Until construction activities begin, prospective bidders are advised to access
the site on foot. The project location is a short distance down the trail from the entrance. An exhibit map is attached
for reference, showing the access trail highlighted in red and the project location circled. The boardwalk site is located
on the right side of the trail and can be identified by a "Bridge Closed" sign.
ITEM #2 LISCENSING ADDITION:
The local license(s) required to perform the services for this project are: Certified/Registered General, Certified/Registered
Building, or Certified Marine.
