OXYGEN CYLINDER RENTAL

The County of Greenville is seeking a qualified vendor to provide portable, medical-grade oxygen cylinders according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Request for Proposal by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.

Greenville County EMS utilizes portable, medical-grade oxygen cylinders to provide immediate medical oxygen support for medical and trauma patients at the site of an emergency. These cylinders are standard equipment on all ambulances and fire engines and are utilized on a daily basis. The County’s current inventory need is approximately 703 cylinders. When empty, most cylinders will be returned to EMS Headquarters for exchange. Additionally, local fire departments may exchange cylinders at locations designated by the Contractor.
