Oxbow Lagoon Trail (Behind Church St.) Project
Ottumwa, IA

Project Description

The Oxbow Lake Trail Project is a resurfacing project for 1150’ of asphalt trail behind Church Street.  650’ of trail will be completely reconstructed.  The remaining 500’ is in better condition and the top two inches will be resurfaced.

10% Bid Deposit
100% Performance and Payment Bond

Bid Deadline

May 6, 2026 at 2:00 pm (Central Time)
City Clerk's Office, 1st Floor
City Hall

Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately after the 2:00 pm deadline in Room 108 by the City Clerk's office.

Project Start Date:  After issuance of Notice to Proceed

Project Completion:  July 1, 2026

Liquidated Damages:  $200.00 per day.

Engineer's Opinion of Cost:  $70,000.00
