Owner's Representative Services - Cowlitz PFD Master Plan Phase 1 & 2 Projects

The Cowlitz Public Facilities District (PFD) is seeking statements of qualifications from firms/individuals for owner’s representative services for development of multiple facilities identified in the Cowlitz County Event Center Master Facilities Plan.

Prospective proponents are invited to a pre-submittal site visit of the Cowlitz County Event Center located at 1900 7th Ave in Longview, WA on December 17 at 2:30 PM. The site visit is not mandatory.
