Notes	Project Description and Intent: The District, in partnership with the Wyoming School Facilities Division (SFD), is undertaking the replacement of the existing high school facility. The project includes construction of a new high school and demolition of the existing facility. It will be delivered in five (5) phases. This project represents a coordinated state and district investment to provide a modern, safe, and efficient educational environment for students and staff. The Owner’s Representative shall serve as the District’s primary advisor during the construction phase and shall provide proactive oversight of schedule, budget, quality, coordination, and compliance throughout all phases of the Project.
