The Metropolitan Mosquito Control District (MMCD) in St. Paul, Minnesota, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative and Capital Project Management services. This RFP seeks a consultant to provide strategic guidance, coordination, and oversight for projects identified in the District’s capital plan. Key initiatives include the St. Paul Lab Renovation, which requires managing construction phasing in an occupied facility, and the Maple Grove Warehouse project.
