The City intends to establish up to 2 (two) additional Master Services Agreements for Owner's Representative services to supplement the City's existing professional services resources. Project assignments will not be made on a strict rotational basis. For each assignment, the City may consider the firm's relevant experience, qualifications, proposed personnel, specialized expertise applicable to the project, current workload, availability, past performance, and the City's operational needs.
