REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Sealed proposals will be received at the Water/Sewer Business Office, 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950 at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at which time and place they will be opened for the following:

Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) Services for the Newburyport Recreation & Youth Services Center Building project

The City of Newburyport proposes to contract with a responsive and responsible individual/firm for Owner’s Project Management Services for its Recreation & Youth Services Center Building project, according to RFQ provisions.

The contract award is made by the City’s Chief Procurement Officer and is subject to approval by the Mayor of Newburyport. The City of Newburyport reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality in the RFQ process, if deemed in the City’s best interest.

Request for Qualification documents are available upon request after 10:00 AM on February 26, 2025 at 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950, and from the City’s website at www.cityofnewburyport.com/bids
