OWNER’S ADVISOR SERVICES. The City of North Mankato will be requesting Statements of Qualifications from organizations to represent the owner’s interests and ensure the project aligns with the goals and budget requirements for the Public Works Facility. The City of North Mankato will receive printed Statements of Qualifications for the Project at the North Mankato City Hall located at 1001 Belgrade Avenue, North Mankato, MN 56003, until Friday, January 31, 2025, at 4:30 PM local time. See Requests for Qualifications for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications. Project Information and Proposal Documents can be found on the City’s website . Details regarding the selection criteria and the selection process are included in the Request for Proposals.
