The change in the first paragraph is underlined below.

**Please provide the revised version of the Past Performance Questionnaire to vendors to complete. The Contracting Officer will follow up with vendors who have already submitted the previous version to update the questionnaire.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking a suite of overt ballistic resistant soft armor

and associated accessories. The FBI has a requirement for an overt armor carrier, sometimes

referred to as a tactical carrier; soft armor panels that fit within the overt armor carrier; ballistic

resistant accessories compatible with the overt armor carrier (e.g., shoulder/bicep armor,

neck/throat protection, and groin protection); miscellaneous carrier accessories (e.g., pouches

and identification placards); a carry bag; soft armor plate backers; and replacement

components.
