2026 Overlay Project

Project Description: The work that is the subject of the bid comprises the overlay of up to five collector streets (the “Work”) for the 2026 West Jordan Roadway Overlay Project. The Work includes milling and overlaying portions of 5600 West, 7800 South, Prosperity Road, Old Bingham Highway, and Gardner Lane; the lowering and raising of utility manholes, valves, and monuments; replacing ADA ramps; repairing or replacing curb and sidewalk; and installing traffic markings and striping per plans. Work on Old Bingham Highway and Gardner Lane must be conducted after school ends in June and be complete before school begins in August. The Contractor shall obtain all required and necessary permits to perform the work, including obtaining and following UTA and UDOT requirements under such permit(s).
