Overlay (Fall, FY 23-24) in Yavapai County, Arizona ? Project #2323288

The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for a 2” asphaltic concrete overlay on 6,544 Linear Feet (LF) of Onyx Drive and Bard Ranch Road in Prescott, and 5,543 LF of Concho Drive in the Village of Oak Creek. The project has approximately 2,135 tons of asphaltic concrete with PG 64-22 binder and 2,091 tons of asphaltic concrete with PG 70-10 binder. Other associated work includes adjusting 24 water valve box frames and 18 manhole frames, 18,485 LF of shoulder build-up and grading and re-establishing pavement markings on Bard Ranch Road. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.

There has been a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 25, 2023, hosted by Yavapai County Public Works through an online virtual meeting portal. Detailed meeting instructions will be included in the contract documents. Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time.
