Overhaul and Testing of OA-9243A(V)3/SR Antenna Tilting Group

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract, to provide complete overhaul, upgrades, and testing of OA-9243A(V)3/SR Antenna Tilting Group (ATG); completely dissemble ATG, perform repairs, paint/upgrade to powder coating components, provide upgraded parts for brakes, limit switches, gear box, bumper stops, and junction box as applicable. All powder coating / paint operations shall be in accordance with (NSI) 009-32 (2.3).

The requirement will be solicited as a full and open competition. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 number of employees. The Product Service Code is 5985, Antennas, Waveguides, and Related Equipment.

The Period of Performance for this acquisition is to be determined. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form.
