Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is soliciting proposals from design-build teams for the design and construction of ground-mounted PV arrays with an associated Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), including all improvements necessary to integrate with the community powerhouse. Transmission of power and means of communication will also need to be designed and constructed between the PV array microgrid and BESS units to the community powerhouse.
There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, 10 April 2025, at 10:00am Alaska Time. See RFP Article 4 for meeting details.
