Summary

Round Valley Unified School District is seeking qualified firms to provide Outsourced FSMC Services Fixed-Price Round Valley USD . Round Valley has operated on a four-day week for ten years. The High School has an "open campus" policy.

The District’s Director of Food Service has experienced a major health issue with an unknown date of return. Until then, the program is doing the best it can. The solicitation schedule is aggressive, with the awarded firm serving their first meals on September 8, 2025. While the pre-proposal conference has a short notice, the district will make an accomodation for anyone who cannot attend on August 13, 2025.

Background

Our community is in Apache County, Arizona. As of the 2010 census, the population of the town was 4,885. Eagar was first settled in 1871. At an elevation of 7,000 feet we are a refuge for everyone escaping the heat of summer.
