Project Description: The Buffalo Public School District is soliciting bids for an Outside Educational Expert (OEE), with a proven track record of success with assessing the quality of school and district educational programs through on-site and virtual school visits, when necessary, using the NYSED Improvement Planning Process for schools identified for Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI), Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI), or Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI) using the School Comprehensive Education Plan (SCEP) document. Vendors must be able to provide evidence of knowledge, expertise, and a proven record of success with these types of reviews.
