REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OUTREACH SERVICES
The City of Lawrence Office of Planning and Development is seeking proposals from qualified firms, agencies, or individuals to provide public engagement and outreach services in support of the City’s EPA grant.
The selected appraisal consultant(s) would be engaged by the Department through a contract for a period of two (2) years, with an option for an additional one (1) year at the City’s discretion. Sealed Bids, marked Outreach Services will be received until 2:00p.m. Monday, November 17, 2025at the City Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be recorded. Bid documents can be downloaded at https://www.cityoflawrence. com/Bids.aspx at 9:00 a.m. on Monday November 3, 2025.
All interested bidders seeking further information about the project are encouraged to submit questions to the city.
