This is a pre-solicitation notice for 9594CS26Q0003, Outpatient Treatment Services at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC.
The requirement is for evidence-based outpatient or early intervention substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services to CSOSA offenders based upon an assessed level of care or a court order for treatment. The forthcoming solicitation will be advertised as a total set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 621420, Outpatient Mental Health and Substanc Abuse Centers. The resultant purchase order award is anticipated to be for one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.
