The County of Kern, through Kern Behavioral Health & Recovery Services (KernBHRS) is seeking proposals from qualified providers to provide adult and child specialty outpatient mental health services in the following service areas:

Delano: Adult and Children
Wasco: Adult and Children
Taft: Adult and Children
Lamont/Arvin and Frazier Park/Lebec: Adult and Children
East Kern: Lake Isabella (including Camp Owen), Ridgecrest, Tehachapi, Mojave: Adult and Children
