OUTDOOR EVENT DISPLAYS

Project Description: The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced companies to print, produce, and deliver branded outdoor display items to support the rollout of its new brand. At the time of the release of this RFP, eligible companies must have an established Headquarters or Main Office located within 100 miles of the Central Library (828 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814).
The Library is accepting proposals for an initial two-year contract beginning August 1, 2025, with the possibility of three (3) additional one-year renewal terms, at the sole discretion of the Library. If all renewal options are exercised, the final contract term will conclude July 31, 2030. These dates are subject to change.
