INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30, § 39M, is seeking bids from qualified vendors for Outdoor Basketball and Tennis Court Crack Repairs, Resealcoating and Relining Project. The Invitation for Bids (IFB) may be obtained from the Town website at http://www.braintreema.gov/Bids.aspx on March 11, 2026. General Bids are due on March 25, 2026 until 12:00 PM (noon) to Brendan Croak, Recreation Director, 74 Pond Street, Braintree, MA 02184 or via Commbuys. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. Labor & Materials Payment Bond is required. The vendor shall include the cost of the bonds and permits in the bid. Bids that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its bid is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that bids are sent in advance of the due date and time. Late bids will not be accepted.
