Outdoor Aluminum Truss Stage Roof System at the Empire State Plaza

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS), on behalf of the OGS Office of Convention and Cultural Events (CCE), intends to contract with a qualified vendor to purchase a new aluminum truss roof system for the outdoor main stage located at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, NY.

The solicitation outlines the terms, conditions, and all applicable information required for submitting a bid. Bidders should pay strict attention to Section 1.3 - Key Events to ensure compliance with the IFB requirements and to prevent possible disqualification.

The following minimum requirement must be met by each Bidder:

A. The Bidder must have at least five years of experience with providing and installing aluminum truss roofing systems.

Or

The Bidder's senior management personnel has been actively engaged cumulatively for the Bidder and/or another firm in which they served as senior personnel for at least the past five years. Provided, however, in the case of the latter situation, the Bidder must have been in business for at least six months.
