The Minnesota State Arts Board intends to increase its capacity, and the capacity of artists and arts organizations, to measure the impact of their activities on building stronger communities.
The Arts Board will hire one or more consultants, with expertise in evaluating community development efforts, to build a toolkit of evaluation tools and methods. The consultant(s) will work with a small group of Arts Board grantees as a learning laboratory to develop and test tools or methods that might be included in the toolkit.
