OUD/CO-OCCURRING SUD/MH PREVENTION, INTERVENTION, TREATMENT & RECOVERY SUPP SVCS (OPIOID ABATEMENT)

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on April 29, 2025 for RFP- OUD AND CO-OCCURRING SUD/MH PREVENTION, INTERVENTION, TREATMENT, AND RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES (OPIOID ABATEMENT). Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

An original and five copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:

RFP- OUD AND CO-OCCURRING SUD/MH PREVENTION, INTERVENTION, TREATMENT, AND RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES (OPIOID ABATEMENT)

Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
