OUD & CO-OCCURRING SUD/MH PREVENTION, INTERVENTION, TREATMENT & RECOVERY SUPPORT SVCS

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on December 10, 2024 for RFP – OUD AND CO-OCCURING SUD/MH PREVENTION, INTERVENTION, TREATMENT, AND RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Submission meeting will be held on November 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Children's Bureau Conference Room on the 2nd floor of the extension building, 40 N Pennsylvania Ave, Greensburg, PA 15601.

Deadline for submission of questions regarding RFP is November 15, 2024 at noon.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

An original and five copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:

Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
