SYNOPSIS
NEXT GENERATION JAMMER MID-BAND (NGJ-MB) SYSTEM OPERATIONAL TEST PROGRAM SET (OTPS) PHASE TWO DEVELOPMENT
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to issue a contract on a Non-Competitive Sole Source basis to Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, El Segundo, C.A. This requirement is for the Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band System Operational Test Program Set (OTPS) Phase Two Development, including: Non-Recurring Engineering, Recurring Engineering of Automatic Test System, Automated Test Equipment, OTPSs, Ancillary Equipment, and Supporting Logistical Data to include a Level III Technical Drawing Package.
The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely in the discretion of the Government.
