OTHER : Request for Proposals - NRSD Environmental Benefit Project Funding

The Westchester County Soil and Water Conservation District (the “District”) is seeking to fund projects that benefit water quality within the Long Island Sound and certain of its tributaries, and is soliciting proposals for such projects through this Request for Proposals (RFP). Funding pursuant to this RFP is limited to projects located within the geographical boundaries of the City of New Rochelle, Village of Larchmont, Town of Mamaroneck, and Village of Pelham Manor (the “NRSD” communities). The District was the recipient of a limited amount Environmental Benefit Funds (EBF or Funds) resulting from a legal settlement, and has outlined its terms for administering such Funds within this RFP.
