Project Description: The purpose of this specification is to establish a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service contract for an actuarial services agreement. Actuarial valuations under this agreement will be performed annually on a definite basis. OPEB consulting and reporting services will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
