Accredited educational institutions are welcome to submit the attached Letter of Intent to enter a practicum education affiliation agreement with the County of Westchester, acting by and through the Department of Social Services, for the purpose of placing your matriculated students within the Department of Social Services to complete credit-bearing practicum learning programs approved by the Department of Social Services
