OSSC Mascot Costumes

The Ohio School Safety Center (OSSC) seeks a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, and deliver high-quality custom mascot costumes. “Cheese,” the dog, a character used in student safety education programming will be used for initial purchase and evaluation purposes. Other characters, as needed, may also be purchased, if contract is renewed. Costumes will be used at events, school visits, and community engagements throughout Ohio.

CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
See attached draft contract document for specifications, requirements, terms and conditions.  Winning bidder shall execute contract (items in red will be changed).

EVALUATION : Bids will be evaluated in accordance to lowest bidder.  A Bidder is the lowest if it offers the lowest-cost supply or service in comparison to all other Bidders as set forth in the evaluation paragraph of the Invitation to Bid (ITB). While Bidders may offer discounts for prompt payment and other similar incentives, discounts and incentives will not be used to determine the lowest Bidder. When discounts are offered, the discount will be calculated from the date the State receives a proper invoice, or the date the service is delivered and accepted in accordance with the terms of the contract.  In addition, the State will multiply the bid prices by the estimated usage to calculate a total bid price for each item, these item totals will be added to calculate the low lot total.

CONTRACT AWARD : The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.
