1. This pre-solicitation notice is in accordance with FAR 5.101(c). This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is not soliciting quotes or proposals at this time.
2. Description:The 60th Operations Support Squadron (OSS) / Operations Support Logistics (OSL), Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for contractors to provide Composite Tool Kit (CTK) Workstations and remove 1 high density mobile storage system in order to support the maintenance of Aircrew Flight Equipment.

3. Procedures for Award:
The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order. The award basis is anticipated to include technical acceptability and price.

Statement Regarding Responsible Sources: All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. *Offerors are encouraged to provide verifiable technical documentation, engineering layouts, or dimensional blueprints certifying their capacity to construct the workstations in strict accordance with the dimensions, materials, and layouts illustrated in the SOW and the accompanying visual attachment.
