The City of Springfield will accept electronically submitted bids through its’ e-bidding service provider, DemandStar, from qualified persons or firms interested in providing the following: OSCAR BLOM STREAMBANK STABILIZATION PROJECT (2024PW0025)
This project has been funded wholly or in part by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources under project number (G21-NPS-05) to City of Springfield. It has been subjected to the EPA and the department’s product and administrative review and has been approved for production. The contents of this document do not necessarily reflect the views and policies of the EPA or the department, nor does the EPA or the department endorse trade names or recommend the use of commercial products mentioned in this document.

Prevailing Wage: DAVIS BACON ACT: WD# MO20250075 or MISSOURI PREVAILING WAGE ORDER# 32, SECTION 039-GREENE COUNTY, dependent upon which Wage Order has the higher wage rate and requirements are more protective of worker, shall be in effect and utilized for this project. Contractor to determine based on a classification-by classification basis.

For any contract for services greater than $5,000, the successful bidder shall comply with § 285.530, RSMo., as amended, and (1) provide by affidavit affirmation that it does not knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien and (2) provide documentation affirming its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection with this contract. The required documentation affirming enrollment must be from the federal work authorization program provider. A letter from the respondent reciting compliance is not sufficient. All bids should include the signed and notarized Work Authorization Affidavit and the electronic signature page from the E-Verify program. A letter from the Contractor reciting compliance is not sufficient.
