Description:

Removal of the natural slate shingles, remove aged felt underlayment and replace with a modern and superior "ice and water shield" rubberized membrane. The historic slate shingles shall be restored to the roof. The roof replacement will also replace corroded metallic half-round dormers, flashing, internal gutters and downspouts. Bids shall be submitted by Hand-Delivery or Mail service only. Small and minority business participation is highly encouraged.
