Ortiz Center Dumpster Pad

The project scope generally consists of but is not limited to, all work described in the Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications for the construction of a new concrete dumpster pad and associated site improvements at the current dumpster pad location next to the Ortiz Center. The scope includes demolition of existing parking lot asphalt pavement and concrete sidewalk, grading, construction of new reinforced concrete pad and asphalt pavement, installation of protective bollards, new fencing, gates, and existing fencing modifications and all associated site restoration necessary to provide a complete and operational dumpster area with new sidewalk to the north of the new dumpster.
