Project Description: The purpose of this request is to provide the City of Sioux Falls with formal bids for Orpheum Theatre Dressing Room Remodel. This project is estimate at $226,467 and will be funded with CIP 13002. If you have any questions pertaining to this bid request please contact Becca Kollars at 605-367-8698 There will be a pre-bid walk-through of the project held on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders should gather in the main lobby of the Orpheum Theatre. This is an important meeting for perspective bidders but it is not a mandatory prerequisite to submitting a bid.
