ORGANIZED RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION, YARD WASTE COLLECTION, RECYCLING SERVICES AND ORGANICS COLLECTION SERVICES. The City of Anoka is requesting proposals for organized residential solid waste collection, yard waste collection, recycling services and organics collection services.  Proposals are due by 10 a.m. on June 16, 2026. The Request for Proposals (RFP) packet can be downloaded from the City of Anoka website at www.anokamn.gov , may be picked up at Anoka City Hall, 2015 First Ave, Anoka MN 55303, or a request for the Request for Proposal packet may be made by calling Amy Oehlers, Assistant City Manager at 763-576-2712.
