Organic Carbon and Nitrogen Analyzer

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a high-precision total organic carbon and nitrogen analyzer from Shimadzu Scientific Instruments as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. Analyzer must simultaneously measure dissolved organic carbon and total nitrogen in liquid samples. It must also must be able to measure a minimum of 68 samples simultaneously for high sample throughput and to be able to measure low- and high-concentration samples without having to change calibration ranges. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
