The Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a Contractor one helicopter for the duration of the survey in Northwest Oregon and at least one, but up to two helicopters for the duration of the survey in Eastern Oregon, a fuel truck(s)/driver(s) (if necessary), and an experienced pilot(s) to fly biologists to conduct surveys of waterfowl surveys.
ODFW anticipates conducting the surveys starting April 20, 2025 through May 31, 2025.
