CAPITAL ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS PARKING UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS IN AND FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF MILLBURN, COUNTY OF ESSEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY; AND APPROPRIATING $200,000 THEREFOR FROM THE PARKING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO PAY FOR THE COST THEREOF
The capital ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Millburn, County of Essex, State of New Jersey on May 19, 2026. Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Office of the Clerk of the Township Committee for members of the general public who request the same.
