Orchard Hall Summer 2025 Interior Painting Project

The State University of New York at Farmingdale will receive sealed bids for project number 2025-01 titled Orchard Hall Summer 2025 Interior Painting Project until 2:00 p.m. local time on March 21st, 2025 at the Service Building, Facilities Conference Room ‘A’, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals submitted by hand delivery on the 21 ^st of March can be dropped off at The Office of Capital Projects & Construction Trailer from 8AM to 1PM EST. All bids submitted after 1PM but prior to 2PM EST will be hand delivered to the Service Building Reception Desk. All work on this Contract is to be completed within sixty (60) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus. A Mandatory pre-bid walkthrough has been scheduled for March 5th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the entrance of Orchard Hall. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
