to be Provided: PGW is seeking proposals from authorized Oracle Resellers for a renewal of Oracle Software Update License & Support. Part numbers and desired quantities are specifically described on Attachment 1 attached hereto. Renewal, as more specifically described on Attachment 1 attached hereto. The selected Proposer will be required to provide insurance coverage as described on Attachment 2 attached hereto. The selected Proposer will be required to comply with the Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements listed in Attachment 3. Proposers must detail how artificial intelligence technology (“AI”) will be utilized to provide the services and materials that are the subject of this RFP. Include provisions that outline how data will be collected, stored, and processed by AI systems. Detail compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.

Term: One (1) initial term of one year, with the option to extend for four (4) additional one-year terms.
