The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for seedling production for the Oregon/Washington Bureau of Land Management. The performance period is from 09/15/2025 through 05/15/2025. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The NAICS code is 113210 and the small business size standard $20.5M. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum ¿ tradeoff process in accordance with FAR part 13.5 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Multiple awards may be made. The technical/non-price evaluation factors are technical approach, past performance, and price, where technical/non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are significantly more important than price.
