2025 or Newer Half-Ton 4WD Crew Cab Truck with Trade-In

The City of Bentonville is accepting formal sealed bids for The one-time purchase and delivery of one (1) 2025 or Newer Half-Ton 4WD Crew Cab Truck with Trade-in of a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD Truck for the City of Bentonville Fire Department.

Bidders shall give a trade-in value (a bid) for the City’s existing 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4 Crew Cab as part of the IFB-25-33 bid. The awarded Bidder will not be able to take possession of the trade-in unit until the unit awarded under IFB-25-33 has been delivered and is in the City’s possession. Bidders shall note that this trade-in unit will be in operation until the awarded Bidder delivers the new unit. The trade-in unit will be sold as-is where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. The City reserves the right to decline the trade-in bid(s), and award IFB-25-33 without consideration of the trade-in.

The existing unit/trade-in unit may be viewed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm at 800 SW A St., Bentonville, AR 72712. Questions will not be permitted during the viewing and must be submitted via written communication only to purchasing@bentonvillear.com .
