Optima Suite & CliniSign Software as a Service - Net Health Systems, Inc.

The Department of Minnesota IT Services (““MNIT), in partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs (“DVA”), intends to renew an agreement for up to twenty‑four (24) months with Net Health Systems, Inc. for the continued and uninterrupted use of the Optima Suite and CliniSign software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) subscriptions, together with associated maintenance and support services, for use within the Minnesota Veterans Homes.

This renewal supports the DVA’s operational requirements through customized system configuration, including tailored licensing, maintenance, and support for the DVA’s Rehab Optima Core Suite and CliniSign platforms. These systems facilitate the tracking of rehabilitation plans and progress and integrate such data into MDVA’s electronic health record system (“PCC”). Net Health Systems, Inc., retains exclusive ownership, copyright, and trademark rights to its proprietary SaaS solutions. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities, deeming this a sole source purchase.
