Optima Suite & CliniSign Software as a Service - Net Health Systems, Inc.

The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with Net Health Systems, Inc. for continued, uninterrupted use of Optima Suite & CliniSign subscription, maintenance, and support for the state of Minnesota Veterans Homes.

The annual renewal includes SaaS licensing, maintenance, and support related to MDVA’s online Rehab Optima Core Suite and CliniSign, which tracks rehabilitation plans, progress and integrates that data into MDVA’s health record referred to as PCC. Net Health Systems, Inc. retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary SaaS services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
